Rebranding of R.Laurence Plumbing
The problem was clear. R.Laurence Plumbing needed a new brand that needed to be modern and bold.
Approach
I was brought onto the project and worked with my client, we had a collaborative design session filled with a long week of initial design ideas and sketches.
Additionally, I began brainstorming, researching other similar companies and sketching designs for the company.
I constantly communicated with my client to keep them in the loop and point of direction.


Branding
I started forming an identifiable logo that could easily be distinguished among other plumbing businesses, also taking consideration that these would go on company vehicles. We decided to choose a deep blue and bright green to be our primary colours.
The font chosen was to compliment the business since it is a family business. We wanted to keep it traditional but with a touch of modernism. It was decided at the final steps of branding to add the lesser and greater than signs to be used as an additional symbolic feature for future marketing plans.
