The landscape underneath Bláfjöll in the Highlands of Syðri-Fjallabak is out of this world. It’s like on the Moon (hmmm I have never been there). The lava is rich of colors, red, violet, black, brown, yellow and are in small hills like boobs. There is not much life in it as the ground is dry, without fertilizer and lava stone all around. Still it’s beautiful in its own way. All the time I was photographing I didn’t see a single soul, it was totally silence except for the humming wind whisper in your ear a beautiful love song. . . .
