Exotic Flora is a series of biomorphic artworks that reflect and explore different elements of patterns and forms found in nature.

Playing with the unpredictable quality of alcohol inks and watercolour, imaginary ecosystems begin to evolve.  The ink underneath then serves as a reference for building up the piece through increasingly controlled layers with each mark informing the next.
