Typography has been one of my passions since school. I started
to notice the diversity of typography in my environment while exploring
the City of Vancouver. An address number, words spray painted on
the walls, a letterform sign — from the obvious to the obscure. I started
to realize that type in our everyday lives, from street signs to traffic
signs to business signs to graffiti, is a representation of the urban culture.
