North Kansas City Hospital and Meritas Health separate themselves from their competitors by providing more options for doctors, locations and specialists in their area. I collaborated on a team to create the concept "We Make it Easier." The idea behind the concept was to feature relatable, frustrating moments from consumers' everyday lives and compare it to the headaches of healthcare. NKCH and Meritas Health make patients' lives easier through the options they provide. In this concept, we add humor and connect to our audience in an authentic way.
