A unique seafood restaurant located in Saltillo, Monterrey, the north of Mexico.
Since Saltillo is well known for its manly personality, I wanted to create a branding strategy with the same character: rough, disruptive and social.
The name "mero" in Spanish means two things, the first one refers to being the best at something and the second one allude to the grouper fish. And "bigotón" comes from having a big and statement mustache.
El Mero Bigotón is a social restaurant where there is music, drinks, friends and good food.
