INSPIRATION:
A summer day relaxing poolside with crisp white concrete, a plant in the window, clear water and cloudy glass.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Her design style is called Chigiri-e, creating artwork with the method of torn colored paper collage. It’s not a simple collage, her design results in motifs of unique uneven lines as her production style is tearing hand-colored paper. By this method, I can express the line structure and enhance the collage Chigiri-e.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The design were initially made by Chigiri-e(Collage style), Then the final I printed this Chigiri-e to a beautiful shinny satin fabric. This motif was inspired by her travels. Each handkerchief had a trip’s situation an Airplane, a luxury hotel, a hotel’s poolside view, the trip town’s cafe, these were part of our daily life and very relaxing time. The end user can put this handkerchief in your pocket or hang on a wall like a wall picture that will remind you of a very enjoyable time.
