Lyft Training (Proposed)

I was asked by Lyft to interview for a position. As part of process, I was asked to take a stab at what I think an instructional course could look like.

I opted to use the current branding (to create an app-like experience) that would help the associates at Lyft address some of the handling of empathy for the clients when rides do not go as smooth as expected.

Shown here are several learning screens and then a small little card. The card could be expanded upon based on topics into an accordion fold for quick reference.
