A showroom space at Al Khobar Gate tower will be re-purposed to become a hub for the business community. It will contain 2 restaurants, an auditorium, 2 meeting rooms and a full gym, extensively packed in relatively limited space. The auditorium is planned as a miniature classic roman-style theater occupies the core of the space, and is flanked by vaulted arches that define the dining area. while the meeting rooms are discreetly tucked in the back. The Gym occupies the top level, overlooking the dining area with steel and glass partition designed as ribbon flanking the borders, evoking grace of movement.
