Two-Thirty Five Luxury Suites

Two-Thirty Five Luxury Suites
Healdsburg, CA | Completed July 2012

The vision for this independent boutique hotel was to offer its visitors the satisfaction of exploring the local town and vineyards, but also tender the comforts of a fully-furnished luxury apartment. This beginning phase included a complete renovation of two suites which mimic each other in design, but offer completely different aesthetics. The project had a design and furnishings budget of $150,000 for the first phase.

Suite one, at 1440 SF, is sleek and stylish with a refreshing urban sophistication and suite two, at 1640 SF, combines understated design with superlative taste to create a plush, relaxed environment. Luxurious California king beds were fabricated to include a unique use of storage drawers in the platform base. There is also a full service kitchen in each unit for those that would like to utilize this feature.

Since space was a challenge, television lift cabinets were designed with the technology to raise and lower the components in order to best arrange the bedroom layouts. The wood elements in the custom cabinetry, flooring, paneled television walls and barn doors helped to bring the design concept to fruition. The artwork in the units is also a unique element as it is rotated on a regular basis to display work from talented artists within the community. You can spend the day exploring the area and head out to enjoy a world-class meal or simply come home, put your feet up and take advantage of all the wonderful amenities provided in this luxurious design.

This project was completed at American Hotel Register Company.
