This started out as a simple sketch in my diary, which I then used for screen printing/silkscreen.

 

It is based on the expression butterflies in one's stomach which means you're nervous, anxious or unsure.

 

This was my first time using the silkscreen technique, and although the layers came out unaligned, I liked the effect.
