Mayve.
A young hill dwarf used to a quiet life farming with her parents. Fascinated by the nearby monastery, Mayve tries to join their ranks only to be denied - her life is good, the decision to become a monk is not one that she should take lightly. After the village is tricked and attacked by a travelling troupe of bandits, a fear that she can't protect her family settles inside Mayve. Thus she decides to enroll in an adventuring academy and moves out to the big city where things don't go quite as smoothly as she planned.
