I was asked to create a logo for the University of Pittsburgh's "Non-Alcoholic Mix Off" Event. The theme was "fire and ice". This was to be used on promotional materials and advertising. 

A fire on top, and a sort of iceberg on the bottom. The colors, blue and red, obviously also play into the theme.
