La propuesta intenta representar el caracter de la ciudad y la poblacion de Santa Cruz , una ciudad vibrante y de rápido desarrollo ,centro de gran producción artística y cultural en el Pais. El teatro municipal se establece como un centro difusor de cultura de estandar internacional que
refleje la escencia y cultura de esta ciudad moderna.

The proposal tries to represent the character of the city and the population of Santa Cruz, a vibrant and rapidly developing city, center of great artistic and cultural production in the country.

La propuesta intenta generar una experiencia espacial unica y particular para el usuario esta premisa se refleja en la organizacion funcional que plantea recorridos y puntos de interes en todo el conjunto , creando una simbiosis espacial impregnada del aura cultural ,planteando los espacios desde un aproximacion distinta a los teatros convencionales..El espacio se organiza al rededor del area de presentaciones masivas creando un
circuito de circulaciones horizontales y verticales para los espacios complementarios y de servicio.
La organizacion se compone de dos bloques modulares gemelos cada uno de los cuales alberga al area del publico con las salas de presentaciones y concentraciones masivas , estos bloques se encuentran entrelazados por espacios de uso comun como lo son el area de difusion cultural con las salas de expocision temporal y permanente que rodean y crean el nexo de espacios culturales entre los bloques principales.
El espacio funcional se distribuye en 5 niveles principales y 3 niveles intermedios a distintas alturas creando espacios de distintas características.

The proposal tries to generate a unique and particular space experience for the user, this premise is reflected in the functional organization that establishes routes and points of interest throughout the whole, creating a spatial symbiosis impregnated with the cultural aura, proposing the spaces from a different approach to conventional theaters .. The space is organized around the area of massive presentations creating a circuit of horizontal and vertical circulations for the complementary and service spaces.
