Glsonbury
I come from a extremily small island were the population is just 40000. We could all fit in one big stadium most probably. Most people do not know what it feels like to be a member of such a small population. To me, on the other hand, it feels strange to be in a big city or a big crowed. A big crowed like the one at a festival,  such as Glastonbury, maybe the biggest festival in the UK were a 150000 attend for a week of music. I have attended this festival many times and I still cannot explain to myself how can so many people have the same mentality about one common thing "Music". On my little island we can not get together to decide on simple things such as politics, sports or even beliefs.
I am fascinated by the people that attend, the way they interact. It seems like they consider the massive field (were the festival is held) to be their home for the duration of the event. Unlike big cities were people try to avoid contact with unknown strangers Glastonbury inspiers people to make new friends. Every one is friendly, a free spirit, were ever one let every one be with out judging.
