The design process of this project started with a study of the government strategic
plan for north sinai, and the idea of SALAM city to help facing terrorism in the
governrate and make use of it’s large unused piece of land to help making it Egypt’s
Gate to middle East.

Design Concept
Concerning the government plan to make north Sinai the financial capital of
Egypt, the world trading center will act as the focal point of the whole capital,
helping in attracting giant companies to invest in Egypt, by providing them
luxurious outstanding spaces with large of plans and areas to serve their various
services.
Salam World Trading Center is more than just building. It is a proof of North
Sinai belief in itself. North Sinai future seems uncertain, with the existence of
terrorism constructing such a building will show the world the big steps we are
taking in fighting it, also it will memorize the victims of 11 of September and all
the victims of terrorism all over the world, sending a great message about our
concern about global peace.

Architecture Concept
Taking the main function of building and symbolling it with a rectangular volume
with varying heights as per each function percentage of the whole building.
Adding twist to give the building dynamism.
Four Main Functions:
1- Trading Center
2- 5 Stars Hotel
3- Luxurious Apartments
4- Mall
