The homepage for this career development platform was based around the metaphor of a career as a journey. The main landing page is to center you here on your path with navigation to the left for your timeline, or where you have been and what you have accomplished and to the right is navigation to your plan or where you want to go in your career.

This timeline shows a person's journey at their company all the way back to their start date. The timeline is based on the actual trail to Mt. Everest and there are several vector images that cycle through to keep the path variable.

I collaborated with another designer who did the design for the Plan page as he was working on the career plan and career drivers sections of the product.

Along with the home page and navigation, I also designed a profile page and company directory.

Working with the accessibility team we created a high-contrast mode for the entire app that allows for higher visibility for anyone who is vision impaired or just wants a sweet dark theme to match their OS.
