01 ARO

Made from carbon fiber, Aro is a light weight smart-bike built to push you to your limit.
From the beginning, this project was a way for me to practice Free-Form modeling in Fusion360 which is a new program for me. The initial concept was to design an organic e-bike. As I dove deeper into the bike community my design started transitioning to more of a road bike with cleaner lines and a thiner frame. The benefit of staring from a Free Form model was that I was able to focus on surfaces transitions, shadows and highlights.
Aro developed into a road bike for the passionate biker that is looking to stand out. With all necessary add-ons integrated into the design, there is no need to buy additional products. Aro is the bike that does it all and can handle all the power you can give it.
Integrated into the tips of each handle bar are LED head lights providing safety to the user while riding at night. At the rear of the bike as well, light bars are integrated into the seatstays for visibility from behind. These lights provide a strong DNA for the ARO bike family.
Aro's saddle is made from a breathable mesh to provide extra comfort and support as well as provide consistent airflow throughout your ride.
A minimal display is fitted between the handle bars displaying both your speed and your distance traveled. the integration of this display lessens the amount of accessories needed to add to your bike.
Complete Wheel-tyre system, meaning the wheels are tubeless and are fit directly on to the rim providing the rider with speed, comfort, grip and puncture protection.
