Egypt has such a great heritage including the heritage buildings that are considered to be a real gift. Unfortunately, most of projects that aims at keeping those buildings were undertaken in a wrong way without adding a real value. Those projects resulted in causing distortion of the historical buildings. Mansoura City is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Egypt. It has such a great location on the Nile River and also it has a great number of the historical buildings. All these buildings suffer from negligence and distortion. Although the modern architecture has its features, but it lacks the essence of the Egyptian Heritage.

1- Order: Linear Mass connects the three buildings where it simulates the old bridge of Khedive Ismail
2- Form: Deconstruction Trend in Architecture
3- Materials: Transparent Materials like Reflected Glass, and Aluminum Cladding
