A AES Eletropaulo (RIP) tinha o desafio de conseguir automatizar o processo de negociação de dívidas a fim de captar maior capital e facilitar a vida do cliente.

Então, em uma parceria com a Accenture, foi desenvolvido um sistema inteligente que considerava diversos fatores financeiros de cada situação e automaticamente fazia um novo financiamento da divida.

O design considerou todas as limitações de sistema e regras de negócio, resultando num fluxo curto, intuitivo, e simples para a negociação de dívidas.

AES Eletropaulo (RIP) had the challenge of automating the debt renegotiation process with the goal of increasing collection and facilitating the client’s life.

So, partnering with Accenture, an intelligent system was created to completely renegotiate the debt automatically considering number of installments, debt amount, and financial records in real time.

The design considered all the system limitations and business rules, resulting in a short, intuitive, and simple debt paying journey to renegotiate debt.
