Ideation and learning how to design for the officers involved learning about the human body to figure out pressure points, placement of parts, center of gravity, etc.

Real model fit on each of the officers and was fully capable of moving parts around on the vest along with the belt keeper clips.

Shoulders were thick with mesh material on the inside for breathability and a nylon composite on the outside.

When CAD render is broken down, each piece is accurate to what it represents in measurements and shape. The rendering was the most soldiering part of this project since it was so intricate and was such a cornerstone piece of the project along with the real model.

Final model had the most velcro on the sides out of the available vests in the price range.
