KOTTAN - PALMYRA BASKET
Co-Designed and developed the 'Sohi Utility Basket' to represent our foundation in the World Craft Council competition.
The basket was hand dyed using natural dyes and was hand woven by the experienced crafts women employed by the foundation in the Chettinad region (South India).
The award winning basket was also displayed at the Ambiente fair as part of the 'Hand Make in India' exhibit.
