One of PDMFC's solutions, SPA IDM® - Smart Profiling Application - is a centralised database of identities and application profiles for all the members of an organisation, managing the complete lifecycle of digital identities and access roles in one system that can be integrated with common applications and technologies.
This Smart Profiling Application was in good need of a redesign. So, together with Vodafone, one of the most important SPA clients, we started to analyse what were the different user profiles and which features they used the most. I then was tasked with designing the new UX for all possible use cases and, after that, create a new UI, flexible enough to adapt, not only to the Vodafone branding, but also to every other SPA client if needed.
The result is a management software application much more easy to use, with some features that can be customized and disabled, if they are not used by the client and, for now, with two different covers: one for PDMFC, the main one; and another one adapted only for Vodafone.
