The task with Steelwood was how to properly capture the spirit of the neighborhood. It isn’t quite a country club, though it has much of a country club’s trappings. The reality is that it is more rustic and wild than a country club.
In order to display the spirit of the area, I went out with the team and shot photography over two days on property. I worked along with another photographer and a team piloting a drone to get an expansive bank of images we could use to highlight everything Steelwood has to offer.
We then placed all the photos into an 10th anniversary booklet that was passed out at the anniversary party. We combined the photography with hand-made graphic elements that reflected the outdoors-men attitude of the property.
