Induction charging or what is more commonly known as wireless charging , allows the transfer of energy with an electromagnetic field between two surfaces. A transmitter coil creates the electromagnetic field and a receiver coil converts this back into electrical current.

 

The Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) as created an industry standard to ensure system compatibility between devices, know as Qi. Any wireless device marked with the Qi logo guarantees compatibility and efficiency to their standard.

 

The Wireless In-Car Charger brings the convenience of wireless charging to your car, ergonomically designed to fit a standard car cup holder and use a standard 12v DC car charger. A rubberized ring ensures snug fit into the cup holder, and magnetic alignment ensures charging efficiency and stability of the charging device.  An additional USB port can be used simultaneously for additional devices.
