Going to Cuba for the first time was an unforgettable experience. The main purpose of the trip was to dance. I went with a group of girls from the Bay Area, with whom I've danced in the salsa community for some time already, but I was lucky to get to know them all better in Cuba. We partnered with a professional Cuban dance and music group called Siete Potencias; we took 3 hour long dance music and history classes with them daily and toured the city and it's nightlife as well. It's a trip that will never be duplicated in it's wonders, beauty and great times. I learned more than I ever thought, made some great friends, and shot some great images.
