I distilled this flow diagram of the target high-level PeerIndex experience from the complex and various project requirements documents. It proved to be an excellent starting point for the design process.

Later on in the project, I sketched this diagram to encapsulate the key value proposition of each main site area. The immersive process of iterative reputation monitoring and enhancement was to be anchored in the PeerIndex Tracker module.

I carried out an expert review and competitor analysis to tee up the design process.
