Mad Clock XI Shiraz is a quirky and irreverent campaignable idea. You would be hard pressed not to read more. Our natural curiosity is the hook and a fun fit for wine, in an attempt to disrupt.
There’s a reason you don’t see top heavy wine bottles. The slightest knock and they can fall over. To try and overcome this I created a longer, slender neck. It adds to the beauty of the bottle design and lowers the overall centre of gravity.
Still not as functionally stable as a standard wine bottle, however more aesthetically pretty to look at. As a designer, that’s the ultimate trade-off… the dream zone.
