Altoid has been a very traditional brand of mints that has taken very few steps toward changing their brand to stay current. From their flavors to their packaging, they have only made small adjustments. While redesigning their containers and labels, it was important to keep it relatively simple to continue to set it apart from other mint packaging that is extremely flashy and over designed. The tin was also a very important aspect of the packaging as well. Many people recognize Altoids because of the tin, therefore I wanted to keep it and only redesign the label.
