Founded by Murphy Hull in 1950, Hullmark is a real estate investment and development company with a rich history developing Toronto neighbourhoods. BMD has designed a new visual identity, website and developed new brand positioning for Hullmark that emphasizes the company’s commitment to shaping a vibrant and transforming Toronto.
Our designers partnered with the Hullmark team to express Hullmark’s unique value proposition and experience. The new system highlights the company’s appreciation for great design, modern vision and mission to create a better Toronto, while staying true to Hullmark’s strong heritage.
BMD worked closely with the internal team at Hullmark to roll-out the new system across a range of applications including a stationery package, marketing materials, and environmental graphics and signage. To facilitate the launch of the new brand, BMD developed a brand guidelines manual that serves as a comprehensive system of graphic, spatial and photographic standards. In addition, BMD designed and developed a new responsive website to highlight the diverse range of properties located throughout Toronto.
