Bijan Sarhangpouris an experienced businessperson who currently serves as the CIS Director of Baku Oil Services (BOS), where he was formerly the owner. He has trained for decades in engineering and studied at some of the most respected institutions around the world.

Mr. Sarhangpour has experience in surface preparation and industrial/chemical coating, mechanical engineering, concrete repair, concrete coating/protection, scaffolding design/inspection, sound insulation design/inspection and refractory engineering. He’s also an underwater coating trainer.
