Siemens asked us to design their very first series of smart locks, to be launched in the Chinese in the market where this typology of product is very popular.
The key was to find a balance by adapting the consolidated Siemens core design values to a whole new series of products while making it appealing to the Chinese market.

The result is a simple and clean design with a twist where the CMF (colours, materials and finishes) plays both a cosmetic and a functional role (the brushed IML ABS surface on the top of the keypad doesn't show the fingerprints on his surface).
This is second and the high-end version of the two different models we designed (the second one comes with higher specs and will be posted here soon), it was officially presented to the public in July 2019 and it will be available to purchase in September 2019.
