Arches online store was in need of a complete redesign. Arches sells dietary supplements that relieve tinnitus (ringing in the ears). The shopping experience, from product detail page to checkout, was heavily updated to better assist their older demographic through the entire purchasing process, and, in hopes to alleviate their over-the-phone customer support.
A unique challenge to this project was figuring out how to better introduce the tinnitus community to the company’s abundance of tinnitus-specific information. From data-driven research to personal success stories, Arches Natural Products, Inc. had been collecting and sharing tinnitus related material for years. A categorized library of their articles facilitated in organizing and centralizing all of the information that they’ve gathered. Not only are they selling products to help tinnitus sufferers, but the Arches website has become an important resource for the entire tinnitus community.
