O Espelhe-se nasceu da vontade pessoal de criar um projeto fotográfico pela a falta de representatividade de fotos envolvendo espelhos e pessoas negras no meio digital. Foi assim que fiz uma seleção de 5 modelos pernambucanas que compartilham do mesmo sentimento sobre representatividade, auto aceitação, negritude e a paixão pela sensibilidade fotográfica.

O nome espelhe-se nos dá múltiplas interpretações que vão do pressuposto onde receptor pode se espelhar no que está vendo, nas modelos se espelharem em algo, ou alguém para serem quem elas são e a própria ideia do reflexo em si. Que nos dá diversas interpretações a cerca do nome “Espelhe-se”. Um projeto original que também possui em sua paleta de cor as cores da bandeira de Pernambuco.

Reflect it/Espelhe-se Project was born in an inner desire to create a photographic project by the lack of photos representative involving black people in the digital media. And because of that I made a selection of 5 models from Pernambuco who share the same feeling about representative and self acceptance, black history and passion by the photographic sensibility.

The name Espelhe-se give to us many interpretations which means that the receptor can reflect what he/she sees. The same with the models, what or someone who they feel reflected with and the idea of the reflection itself. In which gives us multiple interpretations about the name " Espelhe - se ". An original project in which gives to us in the color palette the same colors of Pernambuco's Flag.
