Egyptian - Justice themed playing cards.
For this project, I knew that I wanted to create justice themed playing cards but I needed some inspiration as to which direction to go from there. So I researched. A lot.
While researching Greek, Roman, and Egyptian gods and goddesses, I was drawn towards the beautiful Egyptian wall paintings and wall carvings. Hence the inspiration for this project.

Here are the first four (4) cards I created: King/Queen/Jack of Spades and a Joker.
I created the illustrations and typography in Adobe Illustrator.
I originally intended to create a total of three (3) concept cards; however, I ended up creating an entire deck. I may have gotten carried away, but I really enjoyed this project.
This full deck of playing cards was hand cut, one by one.
