Laumès

Situation:
One of our prestigious clients reached out to us to create the first Cambodian luxurious resort group of brands.
The brands consist of the 1st Formula 1 race track, various adrenaline sports, hotel, spa, restaurant and more. The challenge was to develop a luxurious group of brands that appeal to Asian and western markets. The difference in culture, contextual understanding of words and language had to be researched meticulously to ensure the group was effectively developed.

Brand name: Laumès
Inspired by Laumé in Baltic mythology, the Goddess of Compassion. The brand ultimate mission is to develop the local economy while giving back to the community. We followed this directive for the creation of the brand name.

The design of the group logo and sub-logos:
We developed a unique logo structure that allowed us to design declination of the logo for each sub-brand. The main logo, or the group logo, is cut in half, and all other half logos represent the activity of the sub-brand. That way, the group logo is always incorporated. The result is a simple, strong and modular logo. The brand identity has been designed with gold and red to align with the Asian culture.

Results:
Laumès group has attracted the interest of various investors across the globe for the development of the resort.

The video that was made for the first campaign.
In complement of the main visuals, I also produced a short video explaining the logo declinations. This was made for 3 Colours Rule to showcase the work.
