From the time I started doing food illustrations, I have been following other food illustrators and making notes . In this process I noticed that there is an extremely generalised collection of art/illustrations of Indian dishes ,given the variety of Indian food and how each region and state have their unique,authentic items. 

So I decided to create them myself. Starting with my  state of Andhra Pradesh, I am doing a series of illustrations of my top favourite dishes . This will be an ongoing project where probably I will expand to doing other states food as well .
