Briefing
Like many other industries, also classic gastronomy has to cope with new trends and changes every year. And it always gets harder to find a crucial differentiation from other competitors. Nowadays the trend is often towards a healthy and balanced diet.

Task
The aim is to create a new, hip and trendy restaurant concept under the condition of a new food trend and to advertise the approach in a proper way.

• Opening in Innsbruck
• Restaurant name: “LOCA” - low carb kitchen
