One of the earliest ideas for a "Nerd Lunch Visits" was to do a food tour. Danny Aller of the Tallahassee Beer Society and I decided this would be a good idea to team up and do and focus on tacos at local establishments in Tallahassee. We chose five places to visit and gave the video a narrative of me trying to get Danny to choose the best taco. He won't commit until we've tried several around town.

A rollout schedule was created that began with a trailer announcing when part 1 would come out.

Due to the length of the full video, we decided to break it up into three parts and release it over three days with the full piece being released a week later. The content of the videos remain the same except parts 1 and 2 have a tease at the end for the next video and parts 2 and 3 offer a quick recap at the beginning.

The creative success of this video means there is the possibility of doing future Tallahassee food tours in the future.
