TASK
Amy, the founder of the Bitter Drop coffee shop, is a talented barista and a multiple champion of coffee festivals. She asked us to create a logo and corporate identity elements for her business. Our task was to create a light, modern style relevant to the coffee shop, which is located in the Artplay design cluster in Moscow. Also it was necessary to gently emphasise the Armenian origins of the founder and add a feeling of warmth and comfort.
IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS
We presented some options and Amy chose the most concise and simple logo that plays with the brand’s name and coffee theme. The unique feature of the coffee shop is the classic Armenian carpet on the wall. It sets the style. So we used the patterns of Armenian carpets to create a special design for take away cups.
