Visual Identity and Art Direction of Physical Branding for the new headquarter of
F.C. Internazionale Milano football club. The new set-up in Viale Liberazione is highly innovative and modern, which reflects the ambition and vision of the club. It was with these elements in mind that this iconic location in the city, symbolic of Milan's new global and technological edge, was chosen. The space is characterised by a sharp visual identity that sees the Nerazzurri brand play a central role, together with the great players that have graced the club through its history and the international nature of the Nerazzurri. My role was to supervise the art direction of the project, design the new logo and develop the visual identity of the new headquarters by coordinating the work of the creative team.
The "1908 Inter HQ" logo was designed by integrating the history, present and future of the club. The graphic design refer to the architectural structure of the new headquarters that make up the date of the club's formation, where its history begins: 1908.
Each meeting room has its own brand identity, each opens the door to internationality and is entirely dedicated to a country in the world linked to the history of Inter.
The power of color in flags is that of being able to represent the soul of the nation, with semantic parallels between colors and patriotic meanings. The goal was to create "talking" rooms, able to tell a story and entertain and amaze guests.
