This POST PRODUCTION project was involved on many different levels of complexity, first the original footage has many cable across the frame, and the camera has a continuous travelling movement, so the recreation of the zones were the cables appears was a complex task.

This PROJECT challenged us for its high level of complexity in a very tight time, 2208 Frames, 93 seconds total, has wires moved and clean up, rotoscoping, set extension and finishing post. 

.

We split the work on 2 teams, so we can get it on time. First we masking and 2D tracking all the cables, then we clean up those, we left the computer solves the better result for the clean up. After many hours of that process, we had to reconstruct some working frames, with a bad content aware. Some times we just use the same roto mask and then blurry that zones, and other cases we must used photoshop paint frame by frame. Finally we rotoscope the zones were the cables were next to the character.

  


It seems, very simple at first sight, but cleaning cables that cover so many portions of the frame, we have to painting at that time, .and not losing the continuity of the sequence . Thanks the team for the whole work cause their effort of almost 17 days of running and carry out the goal.
