The home page of the manager tool kit gives the user a wide picture on whats going on in the broker room and alowe him quick access to all the tools in the system.

The distribution report page showes the amount of income devided between the berokers by presentage. on the left the table grid showes the numbers while a graphic pie chart on the right helps to give a more clear and immediate picture.

The attendance page showes which broker is online and who is not on the shift. To avoid confusion with the one position buttons (the user might be confuse whether the "Online" title means its on online state or whether he have to press it for that matter) we added  the light bulb icons which confirms the status of the button.
