Thethird installment of DC’s amateur street skating series, DC’s KING OF BARCELONAbrings Ams from all over Europe battled it out at iconic spots like Santsand Forum to determine the city’s “King” for over 6000 € up for grabs!
From September 1-15, DC was in Spainfor DC's King of Barcelona, the third installment of the innovative King ofseries and the first contest outside the United States. During this time, DC aimed to take over Europe's skate 'mecca' for our global amateur street skating contest.
Barcelona was the obviouschoice for next contest in the series. It’s one of the best street skatingcities in the world, and the level of talent of Barce’s local amateurs is incredible.Those skaters will battle it out at some incredible spots as they fight for theDC King of Barcelona title and over 6000€ in prizes. First, the marble tablesat Sants. Second, Forum. Third, a secret (but definitely infamous) Barcelonaspot.
As with previous DC Kingof trips, the skate team will be on hand throughout. Between judging thecontests and hitting the autograph signings and special events, the guys did plenty of skating of their own… lookfor the footage in the DC King of Barcelona podcast.
