My new collection is entitled, "LAYLA" which means "Born at night" in Kenya, East of Africa. I was inspired by the elegant sequence of the stars at night. The vast murkiness of the night left me speechless and wandering for new designs. The collection is very quiet bordering on mysterious yet exotic silhouette which also translates in my choice of colors. Having said all of these, I created few pieces that are inspired by the fusion of innate Africa and modern design. These are pieces for the few women with the brave heart.
