This is a concept interior design of a two-level unit in the famous Kommuna House on Gogolevsky Boulevard, Moscow, by the architect Moisei Ginzburg (1931). This house is known for its multi-level residential units. Every apartment is an independent small architectural element with harmonious proportions and a well-thought-out layout, for the project I've chose this two-level unit.

It was important for me to fit in a small apartment everything a person needs for a comfortable life, while not overloading it with furniture. For example, the space under the stairs was given up to storage. The storage area and the bathroom are painted bright yellow, thus forming a separate block. In the bedroom area, in addition to the sleeping place, there is a workplace and a washing machine, hidden in a low closet. I wanted to leave the living and dining areas as spacious as possible, so they can be easily transformed to the needs of the owner. The kitchen is inscribed in the space as a separate furniture structure, reminiscent of a "stove".
