Direk is an online Subscription Video on Demand platform that showcases short films by Filipino student filmmakers.
This is a thesis project made by Maika Alvarez and Ernez Tan, influenced by their love of films. With various online platforms making it possible for audiences to watch content on-the-go, they thought that it would be a great way to showcase these local projects made by young & talented filmmakers.
Direk offers films that are only available for subscribers of the platform, while a few select films are available for all audiences.
