Bread Bin is a logistics business created to target bread waste in Australia. To work in conjunction with food-saving organisations, Bread Bin helps to transport day-old, unused bread from bakeries to businesses that can use it and avoid landfill. Businesses who work with Bread Bin will have their donations and takings tracked to not only gather research on the issue, but to also lessen their wastage. Bread Bin is a business designed to eventually no longer be needed - as businesses can promote to their customers how much or how little they are donating and/or wasting, and eventually, how they are wasting nothing.
