Trinity Christian College 50th Reunion Invitation Packet
The Office of Alumni and Family Engagement presented me with the opportunity to redesign their alumni reunion invitation packet. Every Spring Commencement, an invitation goes out to the jubilee group of Trinity graduates requesting their support and attendance. The department's biggest challenge was trying to figure out how to fit all of the information that had to go on the invitation. Understanding that a compromise to eliminate text was out of the question, compartmentalizing like-information and utilizing the front and back of each sheet was the answer. I wanted the audience receiving the packet to feel like they were the stars of the show, focusing the cover design around that concept.
Sheet 1 - 1-Sided Cover
I opted to use the College seal in place of the redesigned College logo to appeal to our audience, many of whom would not recognize the newly designed College logo.

Sheet 2 - Schedule of Events
Carrying design elements from Sheet 1, I expand the stage lights to accent the blocks of information on top. I also decide to incorporate an element of the redesigned College logo on the back at this point to merge past with present.

To avoid overwhelming our guests with unnecessary information, I grayed out irrelevant locations on the campus map and colored in the relevant ones that pertained to the reunion's schedule of events. Here I incorporate the redesigned College logo in its entirety.
