XcelEncrypt is a simple tool developed with HTML , JavScript , PHP that imports an Excel file (.xls) and renders it on a Windows system (does not require MS office to be installed) and allows to encode any of the following. 

                 1. any row text

                 2. any column text

                 3. any particular cell text

                 4. all cells text
